Member of the National Children’s Forum in Burundi – FONEB since 2016, activist for the promotion of children’s rights in Burundi since the age of 14 with a stint in the Children Journalists program of UNICEF Burundi, Niyo Pe has proven to have the stature required to be the Vice-President of our Association.

His commitment to the cause of children was particularly highlighted through his passage in various local media as a journalist and local NGOs where the creation of digital content for online advocacy for the promotion of children’s rights was his special mission.

Currently taking courses to obtain a Master’s degree, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, concluded by a research work on: “The non-assistance of minors in conflict with the law in Burundian Positive Law “.

His legal knowledge and his experience in the field of communication are a key asset for the organization to ensure faithful respect for the rule of law in all our actions.
